All cases are filed in the Clerk's office at the courthouse. All filings must be accompanied by self addressed envelopes for all mailings to be done in the case. If mailings are to be sent by certified mail, please include the completed certified articles. The County Clerk's Office cannot answer any legal type of questions. We can assist you with the completion of the paperwork, but any legal questions will have to be directed to an attorney .
